You cannot share, resell, or redistribute the template, in whole or in part, through any medium, including but not limited to digital sharing (e.g., email, cloud storage, file-sharing platforms) or physical distribution.
You cannot use the template in any manner related to commercial activity, including personal projects that generate income or are part of a business (e.g., personal blogs, social media for profit, etc.).

Use the template in your own business projects or in projects you create for clients, with a maximum of 5 clients.
Modify the template and incorporate it into larger projects you sell or offer to clients, as long as the template itself is not the main product or primary subject of the sale.
Use it in client work, but without providing your clients with the original template file.
Modify the template to better suit your personal needs.

DONT’S

What you cannot do:

You cannot resell or redistribute the original or modified template by itself.
You cannot claim the template or its design as your own creation.
You cannot use the template as the main item being sold in any project, product, or service.
You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original or modified template, in whole or in part, as a standalone product or part of any collection of digital assets, whether or not for profit. This includes slight modifications made to the template to create derivative works.
You cannot use the template in projects for more than 5 clients without purchasing an additional license.
You cannot mass distribute or include the template in products or services that reach a wide audience, such as membership sites, online courses, digital products sold in bulk, or platforms with multiple users. This also includes digital marketplaces such as Etsy, Creative Market, or similar platforms.

Note: For the purposes of this license, a “client” is defined as a person or entity that pays for a project or service in which the template is incorporated.

FAQ

Do I need to renew my license or is it a one-time purchase?

The license is a one-time purchase. However, if you exceed the client limit for commercial use, you’ll need to acquire an additional license or upgrade to a higher tier (if available).

Can I modify the template and sell the modified version?

No, even with modifications, you cannot resell or redistribute the template by itself or as part of a larger product where the template is a primary component. It must be used within a broader project for a client or internal business purposes.

Am I allowed to share or distribute the template to my team or collaborators?

Under the Personal Use License, you’re not allowed to share it with anyone. If you want to share view or edit access with your team (up to five members), kindly purchase the Commercial Use License.

Can I use the template in digital products I sell on my own website or platforms like Etsy or Creative Markets?

No, the template cannot be included in products sold on digital marketplaces or platforms where multiple users have access, even if you have made small modifications.

No, modifying the template does not transfer ownership or give you the right to claim the template as your own. The original creator retains all copyrights.

What counts as mass distribution, and how do I avoid it?

Mass distribution includes sharing the template as part of digital products available to a wide audience (e.g., membership sites, digital products sold in bulk, or platforms like Etsy). To avoid this, ensure the template is only used for specific, limited projects for individual clients and not offered as a downloadable or sharable resource.

Can I use the template on multiple devices?

Yes, you may use the template on multiple devices for both personal and commercial use.

Each unique email address is considered a separate client. As long as you stay within one email for the Personal Use License or five clients for the Commercial Use License, you’re all set!

What if I violate the terms?

If you violate the licensing terms, we reserve the right to revoke your access to all previous purchases and ban you from purchasing any future templates from us. It’s crucial to adhere to the terms to maintain access to our products. No refund will be given.

What if I purchase the wrong license?

If you realize that you have purchased the wrong license, please contact us and we will guide you in upgrading or changing your license to ensure you have the appropriate rights for your intended use. Refunds for license differences may be subject to our policies.
