At PocoDash, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products designed to enhance your productivity. Before purchasing, please take a moment to read our refund and returns policy.

PocoDash reserves the right to update or modify this refund and returns policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here and take effect immediately.

Digital Products

All our products are digital downloads, and will be delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

All digital products sold by PocoDash are provided “as-is” and do not include any customization. If you require a customized version of a product, we offer customization services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details on customization services.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges once the product has been accessed or downloaded. All sales are final.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds, except under the following circumstances:

  • If you are unable to download or access the product due to technical issues.
  • If the file is corrupted or significantly different from its description.

Product Modifications

Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, any modifications, alterations, or changes made by the user are at the userโ€™s own risk.

PocoDash is not responsible for any issues, failures, or malfunctions caused by changes or modifications made after the product has been sold and delivered.

Our support and refund policy does not cover problems that arise from changes by users.


Resolution Process

If you believe there is an issue with your digital product, please contact us at hello@pocodash.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed description of the problem.
  3. Supporting documentation, such as screenshots or video recording if applicable.


Our team will respond to your request within 24 – 48 hours.

We are committed to resolve your issues, by:

  • Providing technical support via email and/or offline video communication to resolve any issues, or
  • Offering a replacement file or alternative product, or
  • Providing store credit or exchange, at our discretion.

Refunds Terms and Conditions

Refunds, when approved, will be issued only for the specific product purchased (in the form of store credits) and not for multiple items or bundles.

You will be required to remove any download links or files from your email or electronic devices, and your access to the file will be revoked from your account.

Sale items

If the item was purchased at a sale or discounted price, the refund will be limited to the amount the customer paid at the time of purchase, not the full original price.

Customer Behavior Policy

PocoDash reserves the right to refuse future transactions if a customer repeatedly requests refunds or returns.
